It would be very helpful to have a clear visual indicator on thumbnail images that have been "published" to a Portal. This could be achieved by adding a small, distinct icon—perhaps a portal symbol or similar—to the thumbnail. This icon would function similarly to the small overlay that currently appears when a file has been used or duplicated, allowing users to immediately recognize which images have been shared to Portals without needing to open each file. This feature would streamline workflows, improve organization, and reduce the time spent identifying which assets are accessible on Portals.
